A long-awaited dream - COME TRUE

A holiday home in a holiday region where it is almost always warm and sunny, where - when you get older - you will find a home that is easy to reach by plane (but also not impossible by car) and where you can Finds sea and mountains.

I always flirted with Mallorca, the island I fell in love with years ago, not least because of the great food.

It would have to be difficult to dissuade me from choosing this location if the time comes.

Years later, I was taught better.

After 3 years of vacation in a row on the Costa Blanca, I got to know the beautiful landscape, the nice people, the beautiful cities, the cliffs, the fruit and olive plantations, the well-kept restaurants, the unbeatable healthy climate, the mountains and many properties to be allowed to.

The initial property visits were of interest. However, this changed from year to year!

In spring 2014 the time had come.

When visiting the "Villa Finca Costa Blanca El Refugio" in Monte Pego, it quickly became clear to me - if at all possible, this and no other should become the dream property.

A finished villa / finca, built in 1994 by a German architect, used as a holiday destination, exclusively by him and his wife with a fantastic sea view and the surrounding mountains.

Down to the last detail with a lot of love, charm, high-quality construction and interior design thought out and implemented.

So expect a little more!

Wooden beams, white walls and handcrafted terracotta tiles characterize the typical Spanish style of this finca.

Solid real wood doors, neat bathrooms, high quality modern and rustic furniture and the beautiful landscape leave nothing to be desired.

Important for me, I would also like to rent to holiday guests, friends and acquaintances.

Not least because I have rented holiday domiciles and fincas myself for years, I know what is important to me as a guest when I rent a holiday property.

It should be high-quality, "luxurious" but still not insanely expensive. As a guest, I want to find it neat and clean. Bed linen, towels and internet access should be a matter of course today.

Be on vacation, but feel at home with all the amenities!

So enjoy the dream location on Monte Pego, in a very exclusive and well-kept residential area - look from the terraces and the blooming garden into the wide valley with countless orange groves and rice plantations, to the left of which are unique mountain ranges that shine in various colors in the sunlight and enchant you too will ... - let your gaze wander over the sea to the bay of Valencia.

Take a dip in the pool or jacuzzi, sunbathe on one of the terraces or just relax in the shade.

Activities are not neglected either: golf enthusiasts will find numerous golf courses in the vicinity. Padel & tennis fans get their money's worth with a total of 5 courts, which are available for a fee.

The little kiddies but also the "big young at heart" enjoy the nearby water and adventure parks or numerous water activities such as jet skiing, surfing on the beach or would you prefer a boat tour to Ibiza in just 2 hours, Mallorca or Formentera?

Barbecue evenings in the outdoor BBQ area, in the cooler season a cozy fireplace in the house or jogging / yoga in the adjoining one  Fitness pavilions round off the day of your vacation.
