Detailed description of the house

This villa / finca Anno Domini was planned and completed in 1994 by the then German architect and owner with a great deal of love and charm and was only used by him and his wife as a private holiday home. Particular emphasis was placed on a very high-quality construction and a uniform line in the design. Dark wooden beams, white walls and terracotta tiles characterize the typical Spanish style of the villa finca. Numerous extras such as a fitness pavilion in the garden with an antique wood stove, a wellness & spa bath house with whirlpool (whirlpool only active in winter) and shower, a secluded salt water pool approx Property from. The villa finca has a main apartment on 2 floors (living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool tub, dressing room, separate toilet, large kitchen, utility room, covered terrace) and an en suite guest apartment (living-bedroom, Shower-toilet and a cupboard kitchen). Another large guest apartment en suite is accessible from the outside and can be used as an additional bedroom with living room and bathroom by two people. Particularly noteworthy is the beautifully situated property at the end of a street with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountain panorama. The garden (grown in old age), like the house, was lovingly designed and divided into different planting areas, consisting of a rose garden, grapevines, ginko trees, palm trees, pomegranate, Sicas, coconut trees and much more. The practical part is not neglected in this villa. A large garage with utility room is also available. In the summer months, the villa / finca is pleasantly cool due to its construction. In addition, there is always a slight breeze blowing from the sea due to the hillside location. In winter, however, the hills behind the villa / finca keep the cooler winds off. As the house is equipped with gas / central heating and a large fireplace, it can be lived in all year round. Especially holidaymakers who would like to spend their Christmas in Spain get their money's worth here.
